• Professional online, on-site and newspaper advertising.

• Pictures of your belongings online to maximize exposure and draw in customer traffic.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards which helps maximize sales.

• We email thousands to inform them of the sale.

• We can provide surveillance cameras during the sale to help prevent theft.

• We will set up, staff and appropriately price all items in the home (smaller valuables are kept at check-out to prevent theft). 

• We'll save personal items for family such as photographs, life insurance policies, etc.

• We can meet with all family members as needed

• We can refer proven professionals in the areas of realtors, attorneys, painters, etc.

• We can provide a full-service professional cleaning service to get your home ready for sale.

• We can provide family presales if needed.

• We can sell items which don't sell at the initial sale on eBay-or- we can sell them at our Shelby Township Liquidation Center.

Other Estate Liquidation Services

• We can purchase your entire estate if you aren't able or do not wish to have an estate sale.  This may not bring in as much as an estate sale, but still can be an effective service for you to liquidate the contents of an estate.  Please note, not all requests for this service will be honored because of varying circumstances.

• We can move your items to our Shelby Township Liquidation Outlet Store "Treasures"and sell the items there or on eBay!
